Transgressive Mome

This saison style of  beer was named in honor of the infamous "La Mome Fromage" who was one of the most notourious "Le Moulin Rouge" dancers. It has absinthe and rum as the special ingredients. The flavor starts with a bit of bitterness from the absinthe but then converts to a sweet flavor provided by the rum.
